The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any issues. The location was great, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. there were two key amenities that I really appreciated.

There were some major drawbacks to this hotel. The rooms were in a poor state, with broken furniture and outdated decor.

The rooms are spacious with separate sitting areas and some even offer stunning views of the canal. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. a great choice for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

The narrow stairwells in the hotel can be a bit challenging for some guests.

It's conveniently located in the center of all the attractions in Amsterdam, including being next to a scenic canal. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are sufficient. The rooms may be simple, with a shared bathroom and without advertised facilities, but they do have large windows for ventilation and comfortable double beds. Additionally, the breakfast offers a variety of selections, including a basic continental option.

All was perfect, no improvement needed.
